A CITM is a dedicated professional who serves as a liaison between Supra and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, technical expertise, and personalized support.
A CITM’s responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding and addressing IT needs, driving strategic IT initiatives, and ensuring service excellence.
CITMs collaborate with internal technical teams to align client needs with IT solutions, advise on technical improvement projects, and participate in annual IT budgeting and planning.
